| 1. Pay the £48 entry fee to Somerset Golf Captains Society, Sort Code 30-91-84, Account Number 00684170, using Autumn Meeting as the reference. |

| · Confirming payment |
| · Your playing partner if known, otherwise I’ll allocate you a partner. Please note that as the Griffith Trophy is awarded to the individual player with the highest combined score from the Spring & Autumn Meetings, you must play with a different partner on this occasion. |
| · Your preferred earlier/later start time. Tee times will run from 11am – 12.56pm. |
| · Buggies can be booked directly with Bath Golf Club. Please let me know if you intend to use a buggy. |
| The final start sheet will be available a few days before the event. |
