Robin Webb, Captain of Weston super Mare Golf Club in 2024
It is with deep regret that Somerset Golf Captains announces that following a short illness, the passing of one of our newest members, Robin Webb, at the beginning of February 2025 aged 70.
Robin was a member of Weston super Mare Golf Club for 20 years. He was Club Captain for 2024, a Senior’s Past Captain and Past Chairman and Committee member.
Robin was a very active member at Weston and will be remembered by many for his Club Quiz evenings.
Our thoughts are with Michele and his family and friends at this sad time and we will ensure that Somerset Golf Captains are represented at his funeral, 12.30 on Monday 3rd March at Weston crematorium.
