SOMERSET GOLF CAPTAINS
Just a bit of information regarding access to the Weston-Super-Mare Golf Club car park on Tuesday 5th July when we play Worcestershire Golf Captains.
We have been advised by Wessex water that the part of Uphill Road North to the south of the club (the bit adjacent to the course) is closed from the 5th July for a few days. Our secretary phoned them to check access arrangements to the club and she was told closure was overnight which contradicts what we had in writing which states continuous closure for a period of days!
As a precaution it may be with advising the teams to approach the club from the north side (town centre side) and allow a little more time as there maybe a bit of delay in the area of club car park entrance.
