The menu is as follows:
A. Chicken liver & cognac pate tomato chutney & ciabatta croute.

B. Trio of melon with mojito style sauce.
C. Roasted Somerset Pork, served with apple sauce, crackling and gravy.
OR
D. Salmon fillet.
(Main courses served roast potatoes and three types of seasonal vegetables).
E. Sticky toffee pudding, with caramel ice cream.

F. Apple crumble with custard sauce.
