Numbers are building fast for the above dinner being held at Taunton Rugby. If you haven’t already committed; but would like to go, then please follow the guidelines below so that you don’t miss out on what promises to be a great night: 19:00 for 19: 30. A. Duck and orange pate:With Melba toast, Cumberland sauce, mixed leaves, balsamic dressing

B. Smoked chicken salad With citrus dressing

C. Prune and Armagnac stuffed loin of pork Served with roast potatoes and an apple and cider reduction

D. Pan -fried salmon fillet Served with sauteed spinach, crushed potatoes, creamy dill and white wine sauce
