SGC Committee (5th February 2020)
- Discussed arrangements for Dinner on 7th February
- Members asked to enquire at their clubs if they could accommodate SGC dinner in 2021
- Agreed that JB and RF would accept invitation from Hampshire; MUC to accept invitation from Wiltshire
- Discussed situation where Clubs have joint Club Captains and agreed that, where clubs have male and female Club Captains of equal standing, then both are eligible to join Somerset Golf Captains
- Captains Day (24th July) – Long Sutton will extend courtesy to all past captains and 10 non-captains. Others will pay a green fee. Agreed these costs would be incorporated into the overall entry fee.
- Roy Parmiter agreed to continue as Fixture Secretary until s.o. else is appointed
- Finances at c£6967, including c£3720 Dinner – balance of c£3000
